Tap a destination on the touch screen and press Dispatch
Or press Home: the carrier goes back to its home station (RFID)
Keyboard: Enter loads a carrier, type a station number, Enter dispatches, H sends it home, S slow, P priority, Esc goes back. The touch screen is modeled on product photos of the Titan.
